This week, I’m heading to Orlando for the annual Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA) Convention, which has become the premier event for scoping out the latest innovations in beverage alcohol.

It culminates on Friday with the Beverage Alcohol Forum, an all-day conference exploring the major trends driving the industry this year.
