Lost Spirits in Los Angeles is the cure for the common distillery tour. Where else are you going to visit a production facility that’s one part Pirates of the Caribbean (the ride, not the movie), another part “Twin Peaks” and a dash of “Sleep No More?” And where else will a bunch of talking, animatronic birds sell you a bottle of rum or whiskey? I recently visited the distillery and sat down with co-founder Bryan Davis (with a brief cameo by the other co-founder, Joanne Haruta).
