Las Vegas Distillery announces its first Bourbon Week, celebrating craft bourbon from June 17-21, 2026, in Henderson’s Booze District. In addition to limited-release bourbon, Las Vegas Distillery will offer celebratory activations including specials, tours, classes, and entertainment.

“We will be tasting multiple barrels and choosing one to be bottled at barrel strength for this release,” said Master Distiller Jonny VerPlanck.

Crafted Cocktails and Bites All Week Long

Special cocktails like the Barrel-Aged Old Fashioned, Gold Rush, Whiskey Sour, Mint Julep, and Manhattan will be crafted all week, with thoughtful bites to pair perfectly. The special menu will include Bourbon Glazed Pork Belly Burnt Ends with grits, Hot Brown, and Challah French Toast Sticks with Bourbon maple syrup, candied pecans, and orange zest.

Las Vegas Distillery Limited-Release Bourbon  

Las Vegas Distillery will release a limited run Bourbon on Saturday, June 20 from 10am-2pm. The special bourbon has been aging since January 2024 and bottled at 113 proof. Guests can purchase the special bottle for $59.99 (limit 2). A coffee truck will be available at 8am for those in line early! Barrel Aged Old Fashioned cocktails will be $10 off during the event.

Bourbon-Focused Tours

The distillery tours will highlight bourbon, the barrel aging that make it special, and the unique Vegas Valley production process all week, but for an exclusive bourbon tour, guests can sign up for “Craft Bourbon: A Deep Dive with our Master Distiller Jonny VerPlanck,” offering an in-depth exploration into the history of bourbon and how Las Vegas Distillery incorporates that into their production. This special tour will be held Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at 4pm. The $80 (plus tax + fees) ticket can be purchased HERE and includes a bottle of Las Vegas Distillery Bourbon.

Spirit Classes

A Spice, Smoke & Spirits class will be held on Saturday, June 20 from noon-2pm, promising an unforgettable afternoon of flavor and fine spirits. The distillery’s own Chef Jared will guide guests as they create their own custom BBQ spice blend, followed by a 3-course BBQ lunch prepared by SMKD BBQ, and finish with a curated spirit tasting, including a taste of the limited-edition bourbon. The $90 ticket includes two complimentary cocktails and can be purchased HERE.

A special bourbon cocktail class will be held on Sunday, June 21 at 11am. “Bourbon History & Cocktails” led by Las Vegas Distillery’s tasting room mixologists, includes a welcome cocktail, an overview of bourbon’s origin, a discussion on barrel aging and their importance to the Distillery’s bourbons, a hands-on cocktail creation of two classic bourbon cocktails, and expert tips to sharpen guests’ bartending skills. Father’s Day

In celebration of Father’s Day, all dads will be greeted with a complimentary barrel-aged Old Fashioned all day!  

Live Music

Guests can enjoy music by Mala-Tov Cocktail Duo on Friday, June 19 and DJ Cromm’s vinyl sounds on Saturday, June 20, from 4-8pm.

Las Vegas Distillery Bourbons

The Las Vegas Distillery Straight Bourbon Whiskey, ABV of 47%, is crafted from 75% corn, 15% rye and 10% malted barley. Shaped by the unique advantages of the Vegas desert climate, at a minimum age of 2 years, its profile goes far beyond its years. It received a score of 97 points and Best in Class from the Craft Distillers Spirits Competition. Bottles are available for purchase at $49.99 each.

The Distillery operates entirely on-site, overseeing every step of production—from milling and mashing to fermentation, distillation, and bottling. Guests can enjoy interactive tours, an immersive tasting room, expertly crafted cocktails featuring world-class spirits, bottle sales, and more. Tours are available Wednesday through Friday (4pm and 6pm), Saturday (2pm, 4pm, and 6pm) and Sunday (2pm and 4pm).
