The Genever Trilogy concludes with Myriam Hendrickx, distiller extraordinaire from Rutte Distillery in Dordrecht, the Netherlands. I was lucky enough to visit Myriam at the Rutte Distillery in February 2017 and then at the main DeKuyper distillery in Schiedam early this year. We met up again at BevCon in L.A. in August to record this episode.
